BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI. – Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced the following schedule:
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2008
1:15 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. – Congressman Thompson will participate in a Symposium in honor of Justice Thurgood Marshall (1908-1993), the first African American on the Supreme Court of the United States, hosted by The Mississippi College Law Review. The event will be held at the Mississippi Telcom Center located at 105 East Pascagoula Street in Jackson, Mississippi.
Congressman Thompson will lead a symposium breakout session entitled: “Justice Marshall’s Impact on Mississippi State Law.”
The Mississippi College Law Review is a student-run organization dedicated to publishing academic works.
