10:00 A.M. –Congressman Thompson will serve as the Commencement Speaker for Mississippi Valley State University’s Commencement Exercises. This event will take place on the campus of Mississippi Valley State University, located at 14000 Highway 82 West in Itta Bena, Mississippi.
