CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 Response to Recovery
Today, Dr. Anthony Fauci warned us as he testified before the Republican led Senate that we could face even more "suffering and death" if we rush to reopen businesses. And such a move could be counterproductive to our plans for getting the country back on the road to "economic recovery." Some states and businesses have already begun reopening and as a result are seeing a rise in Coronavirus cases (see links below). Other states however are putting lives first and making those tough life saving decisions to issue public stay home orders (see link below). The CDC has established guidance for business as they rush to reopen (see links below). This guidance is intended to help save lives but nothing can be safer than sheltering in to help us flatten the curve in the absence of an FDA approved vaccine. If you have questions about the CDC Guidance call 1-800-CDC-INFO (800-232-4636) or TTY at 888-232-6348.
