CONGRESSMAN BENNIE G. THOMPSON ANNOUNCES $3 MILLION AWARDED to Ducks Unlimited, Inc.

BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI – Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced The U. S. Department of Interior has awarded $3,000,000 in North American Wetlands Conservation Act Project Grant Funds to Ducks Unlimited, Inc. for the Russell Sage & Bodcau WMAs Wetland Enhancement located in Bolivar County, Mississippi.  This project will protect and enhance 2,392 (448) acres on state and private lands in the Mississippi Alluvial Valley in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
