BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI – Today, Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced that Delta Health Alliance, Inc. has been granted $4,230,142 by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, via the Administration for Children and Families / Office of Head Start. This funding aims to support Head Start programs, which play a crucial role in fostering the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, thereby promoting their readiness for school.
