BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI – Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced The U. S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded a $5,174,358 grant through the Administration for Children and Families / Office of Head Start Program to Mississippi Action for Progress, Inc. The grant project is titled “Head Start and Early Head Start”.
