Congressman Bennie Thompson Announces $252,719 Awarded to Community Health Center to Support HIV Care Services

BOLTON, MS — Congressman Bennie Thompson today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded a $252,719 federal grant to Aaron E. Henry Community Health Services Center, Inc. in Clarksdale.

The grant was awarded under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, specifically the Title III Outpatient Early Intervention Services (EIS) Program. This program supports comprehensive outpatient primary health care and early intervention services for individuals living with HIV.
