CONGRESSMAN BENNIE THOMPSON ANNOUNCES FULBRIGHT AWARD RECIPIENTS

(Washington D.C.) – Today, Rep. Bennie G. Thompson released the following statement recognizing Mississippi’s 2^nd District Fulbright award recipient:

“It is with great pride that I recognize the 2022 Fulbright recipients from Mississippi’s 2^nd Congressional District. For more than 70 years, the Fulbright Program has been one of the most educational exchange programs in the world. Selected through a merit-based competition, these Fulbrighters represent the excellence and diversity of the United States. I believe the knowledge these students receive abroad will soon benefit their communities, institutions, and Mississippi. Congratulations to the 2022 Fulbright Award recipients.”
