Congressman Bennie Thompson Announces National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2022

(BOLTON, MS) Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced the U.S. Department of Education recognized Hayes Cooper Center as a National Blue Ribbon School for 2022/Exemplary High Performing Schools.  The Hayes Cooper Center is recognized for its overall academic excellence or progress in closing achievement gaps among student groups, demonstrating that all students can achieve to high levels.

The Department will formally recognize the 273 public and 24 private schools at an awards ceremony in Washington, DC on November 3 and 4, 2022.
