Congressman Bennie Thompson Announces the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Grant Award to Local Health Center

BOLTON, MS — Congressman Bennie G. Thompson (MS-02) today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded a federal grant in the amount of $101,912 to support healthcare training and technical assistance to G.A. Carmichael Family Health Center, Inc.  

This funding will support initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services, expanding provider capacity, and enhancing access to quality care for underserved populations throughout the district.
