Congressman Thompson Announced $1,048,500 awarded to Yates Street II, LP

BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI – Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced the U. S. Department of Agriculture Rural Developmenthas awarded $1,048,500 in funds through the Multi-Family Housing Loan Guarantees Program to Yates Street II, LP located in Coahoma County.

This Rural Development investment will be used to rehabilitate the existing dwelling and offer new and modernized standards utilizing tax credits and federal direct loan.
