Congressman Thompson Announces Over $739,000 in Federal Aviation Grants for Airports in Kosciusko and Winona
BOLTON, MS – Today, Congressman Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced two federal grants awarded through the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to support critical airport infrastructure improvements in Mississippi’s Second Congressional District. The City of Kosciusko has been awarded $600,000 under the FY25 Airport Improvement Program (AIP) to enhance operations at the Kosciusko-Attala County Airport (OSX).
