Federal Resource Workshop on Municipal Government

Congressman Bennie G. Thompson 2018 Federal Resource Workshop for Municipal Governments will be held Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 9:00a.m. to 12 noon on the campus of Mississippi Valley State University, Social Science Auditorium, 14000 U. S. Hwy 82, in Itta Bena, MS 38941.

The following agencies will be in attendance to offer resources and assistance to your city or town: The U.S. Department of Transportation; Delta Regional Authority (DRA); USDA-Rural Development; USDA Natural Resource Conservation Services (NRCS); Housing and Urban Development (HUD); The U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA); The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT); Jackson State University Institute of Government; Mississippi State University John C. Stennis Institute of Government; and all of the Mississippi Planning and Development Districts within the Second Congressional District.
