Congressman Thompson's Statement on the Manafort Verdict
WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Representative Bennie G. Thompson (MS-02) released the following statement on the grand jury verdict of Donald Trump's former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort:
"The Manafort verdict is more proof that Trump and his administration are corrupt," Thompson said. "Since Trump has been elected, my office has received numerous calls asking for Congress to work to impeach him."
